What do I need to bring to class each week?
We provide all the equipment needed for the class including soccer balls.
Do I need to buy shin guards and soccer cleats?
Gym shoes or flat soled indoor soccer shoes are required. We prohibit the use of cleats. Shin guards can be worn for ages 4.5 and up but are not required.
How long are classes?
All SoccerTots classes run for 50 minutes.How do I register for a new session?
Follow the link to the Registration page and simply click on the class of your choice. From there follow the instructions on the registration form. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call us on 773 376 2900.I bought my classes through Groupon.com, how do I redeem my certificate?
To redeem a Groupon certificate you can either follow the normal online registration process; or you can visit us in person. To register online follow the Registration link and click on the class time of your choice. In the payment section, select the "Pay Later" option. When attending your first class, be sure to check in at the front desk with a printed copy of your Groupon certificate. You will not be able to enter the class until you have validated your certificate at the front desk.My Son/Daughter is between 11 and 15 years old. I don't see anything on the timetable. How do I sign up?
Soccer Academy classes for 11 to 15 year olds are added upon request. They will run concurrently with the SoccerTouch classes. If you are interested in signing your son or daughter up, then please email us with your top three (3) choices of available class times (based upon the SoccerTouch timetable). Once we have a minimum of 5 students for a particular time, that class will be created and we will notify you by telephone and email.Do I have an unlimited amount of time to use my classes?
No. All class credit has an expiration date beyond which it can no longer be used. The expiration date for all 12 week packages is set at 13 weeks from the date of your first class (not from registration).What if I miss a class; will I be able to make it up later?
Yes! You have 13 weeks to redeem your 12 classes, so you can miss at least one week without losing any credit. If midweek classes are also available, you may be able to make up missed saturday or sunday classes then too.Do I need to buy a membership and if so how much does it cost and what does it include?
Memberships costs $50.00 for an entire year and allows your child to participate in any of our SoccerTots or SoccerTouch classes. They are required for any of our instructional programs. In addition you will receive a $25 discount on any Birthday Party you book with us, as well as free access for your children to our super sized inflatables ($6 value per visit). You may include up to 5 children on a single membership. Groupon.com pruchases include the $50 annual membership and do not need to be purchased separately.May I attend more than one class a week?
No, unless it is a designated 'make up' class or you have paid for additional classes.What is your refund policy?
It's our general policy that all payments are non-refundable. They are however transferable to another program or package.How many parents can be on the field for 'parent participation' classes?
In order to avoid over crowding and confusion we please ask you to restrict the number to one.Is there a discount for registering more than one child?
Yes. Your second and third child may be registered at $99 each (instead of $149 for 12 weeks) as long as your still have valid class credit for your first child. For group discounts, please call us to discuss rates.What if I have a question or problem not covered in the FAQ?
